Steramo Return Policy
7-14 Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-14 day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7-14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 7-14 days of receiving the return address.
- We do not cover return shipping costs.

- Final sale items with discounts are not eligible for return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@steramo.com.
Exchanges
If an exchange is accommodated, please note that you are no longer eligible for a refund.
